  From the first phone call until the delivery to our new home, Jay and his team were impeccable! They were thorough with wrapping our items, respectful of our property and did exactly what they said they would do from start to finish. Not may businesses to that. Communication was great and I never had to question a thing as Jay was always answering before I had to ask. I will recommend First-Rate to anyone and everyone I know!!!!

They are able to take a pretty stressful experience and make it comfortable.   First-Rate Moving & Storage moved my furniture from South Florida to New Jersey. Jay, the owner, was communicative and kind. He kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He and his guys carefully wrapped and loaded the furniture and did the reverse when they arrived in NJ. Jay had to meet a friend of mine in NJ since I was still in florida at the time. He communicated with my friend equally as well and did a fantastic job of getting everything up a tight 2nd floor walk up. He and his guys even removed the legs off of a dresser for me after taking the time to put them on. Would highly recommend Jay and First-Rate Moving!!!
