  I would not recommend this company for any service. They recently moved me into my new home. During the move they damaged my walls, broke my bed frame, and almost lost pieces of my furniture. I told the movers pieces were missing and they said to me the pieces were never there. I made the movers go back to the old location and the pieces were left outside. I was never told that they broke my bed. When I called to complain that the bed didn't lay correctly, the supervisor came out and claimed to have fixed the problem, but not until a family member came to my house and lifted up the mattress was the damage discovered. The bed was installed upside down, the slats underneath the bed were broken and taped together with moving packaging tape, the center posts were broken and taped together which caused the center of the bed to fall in the middle. Also the movers complained the entire time why do we have so much furniture. I'm very disappointed in the service and I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could rate them, I would give them a negative 1.

  The movers came in demanding i tip them. They complained the entire time Very destructive to my property I had 4 brand new black chairs that went with my outside table that are missing my $300 office desk is still not put together n steps to my pool are in the front yard very unprofessional they also took a large pack of toilet paper trash bags from Sam’s they destroyed the front of my refrigerator n my freezer is broke my recliner was broken n my lift chair no longer works also broke my brand new steps to my pool that i paid $270 for them. my friend Judy Cook will confirm that they were very rude and rough with my things i was busy trying to get things together but she noticed n said she would not let them move my things

  Three hours late and robbed us! Was scheduled to arrive at 9 am. I called the owner the day before to confirm the time, he stated that was correct. 9 am came and went. 10:30 am came and went. We are calling the owner at this time and receiving no answer. At around 11:15 am I finally receive a call from the movers stated they are 15 minutes away, they had to pick up one of the movers. 11:45 arrived, still no movers. Then I get a call at 11:55 am stating they are around=d the corner, they had been stopped by a parade. The parade part is probably true, but the parade would’ve been avoided if they were there at their scheduled time. The actual move was not much better. I was told they would have the items needed to pack. They did not come with anything, but luckily we had bubble wrap and such. The next day, we noticed a box we labeled “MEDS” was missing. We looked all over the house. Called the owner, he was going to follow-up with the movers. Long story short, our medicine was found dumped out in the dumpster on the property of the business. One of the movers (probably the one no one could get in touch with) had opened up the box, stole medicine out and disposed of it on the property. Needless to say, we filed a police report and they entire matter is under investigation. And no we, received no refund for this terrible service. Please beware!

  I apologize for the bad experience you had on your move. It was my fault(Owner) the movers were late that day. I was trying to help a friend and it was supposed to take just a few minutes. But, of course, it was longer.
