Not only do they lock you out of your belongings if you're going through a financial hardship and can't make the bill but they sell your stuff and still send you a bill for the months you were locked out of. The customer service guy is rude as can be and talks to you like you're a child.

Tyler, we're sorry to see you felt the need to take to Google regarding the events that took place that could have easily been avoided. We tried numerous times to get your balance paid off with you. It's a very simple agreement. We leased you space in exchange for a monthly payment. We held up our end of the agreement and tried hard to not avail ourselves of the remedy the laws in North Dakota allow for. We attempted numerous times to get your balance paid off. Unfortunately, they were followed with empty promises of coming in to pay. Additionally, in our managements notes we record after conversations you would mention that nothing in the unit was worth more than $100. It's interesting that you would attempt to downgrade the importance of your items, then turn around and take to Google reviews along with your friends. We will be flagging them with Google immediately. If you wish to discuss further you can contact our rental office during normal business hours.
