  We moved from Massachusetts to Michigan this summer and after an extensive review of vendors, we decided on Five Star Movers for our move. From the quote to delivery, the staff was responsive to our questions and needs. The crew that did our pick up did a great job moving our stuff out of our multi-level home and protected the property. The team that did our delivery were hard-working and communicated their travels to alert us of their arrival. We packed our items ourselves and other than a minor dent in a metal kitchen trash can, all our items arrived safely and in one piece.

  Due to Covid, I had to store my things and moved across the country. Boston is very busy around August, and few companies were willing to take on a small move at all, much less for a reasonable price across several states (to TX). Five Star Movers was able to get everything from a storage center to my new house just as planned for the expected price, despite a hiccup. One item was separated from the rest and Gustavo, one of the movers who dropped my things off, was a great help in getting it returned to me, so I very much appreciate his assistance and communication. Without him, I doubt I would have been successful in getting my item back, despite my best efforts to get into contact with anyone, hence the missing star. Everything was packed safely and the movers were careful and quick. It was much easier than having to drive across the country myself, and cheaper, so I was glad that everything worked out.

  Five star moving is currently being investgated by the federal Department of the transportation and the North Andover North Andover Police Department detective division. The infestation reason is Holding our furniture hostage.After picking up OUR furniture The price DOUBLED to over $60,000 and agree to $24,000 cost. They told the DetectiveThat we could come get our furniture. When we call back to confirm date and timeThey were no longer return our calls

  Mr. and miss. Julsonnet, yes, we have a complaint with the DOT also with Andover police and as well AMSSA I have answer to all of them; the same answer. When Mr. Julsonnet book the move with Interstate Moving and storage, he did it on the volume of 3400 cubic feet they gave you a total of 26998.61. when we arrive to your house our crew start to have issues with the cost of packing supplies because of not being fully pack, just on moving supplies the cost is 1140.75 by the time we empty you house we fill three straight trucks with a total volume of 5700 cubic feet bringing you total cost of 46940.64. While the foreman was finishing up all paperwork you and your Wife drove away from the property around 11.30 PM we try to contact you with not luck at all. We did not have other choice but to bring all items to our warehouse. After a Month of trying to contact you, we finally spoke, and you told me that you were dealing with Interstate Moving and Storage. I guess with no luck. You started with the complains with the DOT Andover Police Department and AMSSA. As I answer to everybody, since I did not get a penny from you, we prefer to lose over 10,000 dollars that we already invest on your relocation by bringing all your household goods to our warehouse and get it over with by you getting your items out of the warehouse without reflecting any charges for all the labor with put already to bring all your households goods to our warehouse. So far I haven’t got a call from you or Andover police department or AMSAA to let me know when you are coming to get all your households goods from the warehouse. You have the address where your items are and the phone number to call and schedule the time on when you are coming to get the items out. We do not take advantage of nobody but also, we don’t like when someone is trying to take advantage of us. So please contact us to schedule on when you’ll come to get your household items.
