Knowongly make false promises to prospective employees they know are missleading and downright untruthful. They DO have the highest employee turn over rate in the industry, and this is for a reason. Only work here as a LAST resort. Drivers treated like children, with no home/worklife balance. Your home is nothing but a sleeper berth. Will work holidays unless it falls on scheduled day off. They black out christmas and new years from vacation time. TONS of unnecessary papperwork and computer entries on each load pulled. Very time consuming.

After one month of employment, I'm embarrassed to have FRTL in my work history. This is the most dangerous company; flaunting safety records who should be condemned after investigations in practice, as well criminal activity.
