Right off the bat from the first phone call I made to see if they had something I was very impressed very polite and knowledgeable of what they had. I got there and the equipment was ready to go just like they told me it would be. What impressed me the most about Floyd’s however was I had a very slight problem with there machine I brought it back and told them what happened and he immediately addressed the situation and made it right. I will not ever rent from anywhere else Floyd’s is not the closest rental to me but I am more then happy to go a little out of my way to get there. The friendly knowledgeable people that work there to there willingness correct a problem to have a satisfied customer it’s a no brainer 5 stars all day.....

I rent excavators and drain equipment from here and everyone is always very nice and it's very affordable compared to places like united rentals. The equipment works great.. especially the new trenchers they got in
