  It absolutely costs way too much money for machines that are ran down, old, poorly maintained and about half of them are out of order. See my pics for more.

  I have stored my belongings with Forbes Storage since 2015, so almost 3 years. They have amazing customer service and very affordable! Throughout the whole time that I stored my belongings with them they were always so helpful and understanding. I remember one year I had to change the locks on my storage unit so that my old roommate didn’t have access to it anymore, so I called them and I had asked them if they could replace the lock on the unit and then save a key on their end and mail me the other key and they did that with no problem at all. Most recently they helped me get some belongings out of my storage unit and back to me down in the lower 48 which I was so thankful for because I needed some things out of there ASAP and she communicated with me the whole time and packed up my stuff and sent me pictures along the way it was really so kind of her (Sharon) and not something that they normally had to do. I am so grateful for Sharon and all of the Forbes storage staff for helping me but also for the wonderful customer service over the years and if for whatever reason I find myself in Alaska again or needing to store something this will definitely be the place that I go to because they care about their customers and are always willing to lend a helping hand .
