got here 3 hours before appointment. loaded in 30 minutes. receiving office and loader super nice and professional. always nice to come to places like this where you are treated like a person make sure to have all the info listed on check in window. not much room for staging if to many show up at the same time

1.45 to get loaded. So whatever. Try to have a clean trailer when you get there. They don't understand people don't let you in their warehouse( including them) anymore to keep your trailer swept out.

In and out, filled out paperwork for pickup, backed up into dock door and was loaded before I had a chance to even relax. Note: Office closes at 4pm sharp.
