  He doesn't deserve one star. Has thieves coming through day and night. Rumor has it they pick what they want from the very lockers they rent out. This man took everything from me. Sick in the hospital and struggling financiamy during COVID HE took everything I own even after my daughter's called begging for their childhood memories. He took all family pictures, kids special items birth certificates schooling everything.E DRHGBJ V For $200 DONT TRUST THIS PLACE they will literally rob you blind while you pay them to do it.

  Thank you for your feedback. We take our customers concerns very seriously, however, we were unable to locate any record of having done business with you. Unfortunately, auctions are a part of the dynamic of self storage. We make great effort to avoid this step and try to work with those who fall behind on their rent, making several attempts in communication by phone, email, USPS, and the local newspaper. As far as the rumor goes, we do not pick through units that are up for auction nor do we sanction or tolerate thieves.

  I've been with F.L.M.S. for close to ten years,the prices are fair,there is plenty of cameras and other security measures.(the police make tours through at night). It's always very clean and the staff are very fantastic.
