Very one sided. As long as your keeping the rich rich they are happy. Absolutely no benefits, they play favorites . This is one of if not the worst place I been employed at. Maybe good for in between jobs well you're looking for something better. But you will not get no sick time , holiday or vacation and sometimes it's hard even getting your 40 hours. Definitely not good for a single parent. They have a employee for every position it seems. Very micromanaged

NO BENAFITS NO PAID HOLLIDAYS NO SICK LEAVE Been with the company for about a year always parked where I felt safe NO issues..Then we were ordered given a map and directed where to park Which was 4 1/2 blocks away from the job site I get off work and my truck is BROKEN INTO Since we were directed where to park by the company I felt the company was responsible For taking care of the damages and reimbursing me for my deductible they said ITS NOT THEIR FAULT NOTHING THEY CAN DO. so after venting and letting them know how I felt..MY FOLLOWING PAY CHECK COMES UP 20 HOURS SHORT
