  This is down right the greatest storage facility I’ve ever been too! The facility is beyond amazing, clean, and organized! The manager is such a genuine, friendly, and honest human! Such a great experience doing business with Freedom Storage! Will never go to another facility! Trust me this place is very very very!!! Amazing and will not disappoint!

  I cannot usually make an appointment during the week I have a full time job and run a small business. I have tried on 4 to 5 separate occasions to get a storage here. They seem to be one of those I have enough businessso I don't really care about your business attitude. Spoiled kid mentality, if I were the owner I'd freak out at how this person is running my business. I'd lose it.. which makes me b think this person handling things is either family or the owner because nobody in their right mind would accept the style of business going on here. I even went to the office and got stuck in the gate w nobody to let me out... had to use a chair.. if it this type of mess trying to get a storage I had better stay far away because it could only get worse from here. ....

  Hi Kevin. I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, with COVID we were not considered essential so we could only operate by appointment only.

  Great customer service!! I called the manager Kurt for a storage unit and by the time I got there he had the unit and lock ready for me which was very helpful. I was able to unload the moving truck quickly and was out of there within an hour. Very clean and well kept grounds. I noticed the security cameras as well so feel safe having my stuff here while looking for a new home. Thanks again!
