  I can NOT in good faith tell my worst enemy to go to any shop ran by excel companies. Charlotte location being the worst and this one coming in a very close second place. I was towed in. Decided to go to this location over Charlotte (see my review for Charlottes location incompetence and half fast work). All they did was replace a fuse didn’t attempt to find the problem. Other then give me a handful of replacement fuses. Well, I took there word for it that it was just a fluke. My truck died again couldn’t even leave the immediate area. This time I had it towed to velocity truck centers in Hickory. Because LOL the handful of replacement fuses did Nothing! They found the problem. I had a wire harness wire grounding out. 1100 dollars in labor to find this issue charged to me. AND charged 2 FLIPPING DOLLARS OF PARTS! Plus another 400 dollars to tow. I am HEAVILY debating legal action towards the entire excel truck group. For wasting my time. My money. Lost revenue. Doing a half fast job on my truck! These trucks are complicated SLOW DOWN take the time to really make sure the problem is fixed. Especially for owner ops trucks! I mean COME on really? 2 dollar part would have saved me THOUSANDS. God like I mean I wish I was exaggerating! I am beyond aggravated and completely disgusted. Not to mention the tow company excel uses broke 150 dollar part on my truck this time around. Only gave me a 50 dollar credit on my tow bill. Again. Disgusted.
