the actual drivers themselves are great and fun to talk to. but dispatch where you call to schedule a ride is complete rude and pushy, and often takes over an hour just to get a ride.

Very rude and also refuse to help people in wheel chairs.... They should go out of business!!!!!!

I've an elderly mom (87) with a visual disability that is wonderfully supported by Friendly Rider's presence in our community. She's always been impressed by how caring and helpful the drivers are... supported independence with a smile...what a wonderful contribution to our community.
