    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH IT. Another quick update, Full House Movers uses your schedule against you. They will get your moving dates and then not be responsive until you have no other options choosing another moving company. Full House Movers will make you sign your contract documents while standing in your driveway with all of your belongings in the back of their truck, while a rude employee flips you attitude because you are trying your best to read contract documents for the first time. When a claim inevitably comes about because they do not care about you or your family's possessions, they use a third party claim company, further demonstrating their business model of get customers in, exploit their needs and schedule, then never follow up by passing off issues to a third party company that does not care. We just received the third party claim company's offer of $48.00 to replace our $2,000.00 grandfather clock. That value does not cover the cost in time to find a replacement and ship it, let alone the value lost by having a clock that has been in my family for decades being destroyed. Quick update, they destroyed my family’s grandfather clock. I wouldn’t hire this company to move rocks. Do not use this company. This is a moving company that amplifies all of the negative reputations that the moving industry is known for. 1. First thing the movers did when picking up, started adding costs. Never get a quote over the phone or internet from a mover. 2. Extremely rude movers, kept scoffing at our questions, requests and when we elected to not do something their way(which would have costed more money). 3. Said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks from first available delivery date. We told them it was available to deliver on 7/18/21. Here I am on 8/20/21 and my stuff is just now supposed to be delivered this evening. And I mean evening! We were given a 1-4pm delivery window, I made myself available for that delivery window and now I have to change my evening plans around because they can’t meet their promised delivery time. Originally it was supposed to be delivered on 8/19/21 between 1-4pm, I waited around all day to call them at 4:15pm for them to tell me it wasn’t going to be delivered. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and do not use this company! I cannot wait to see what condition our things are in after nearly 5 weeks in this company’s possession. Always get an in house estimate and use a company that has good reviews that are clearly written by actual people. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

    DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They under quote you on purpose to get your business. This was confirmed by their foreman. His job is to get you to buy more space for an 18% commission. They will tell you it will be 21 days for delivery but then the foreman tells you that it's 21 business days. Then when the truck driver gets on the road he'll magically have to get a repair for his truck which he should have known about beforehand because this according to him and full house movers was a routine repair based on his mileage. Then he had to stop in Arizona for Thanksgiving and his birthday. When full house movers realized that we were passed the 21 business day mark they gave us a measly $220 discount while my 7 month pregnant wife and I (with a bad back) slept on air mattresses for over a month. When they finally got there to deliver they quickly unloaded the truck and through the chaos we didn't realize that we were missing a few things. When we finally realized that a couple of things were missing we alerted full house movers they had us fill out a claim and told us that they'd try to locate our missing items. Now they won't return our calls. We've left messages on their answering machine that tells us that they will call us back within 24 hours but that's obviously a lie. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! FOR YOUR OWN SANITY! THEY ARE NOT CHEAPER AND THEY KNOWINGLY LIE TO YOU! SPEND THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS ON A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY WHETHER YOU ARE MOVING LOCALLY OR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MOVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY!

    Hate to do it because Shye and Nicole were very courteous and pickup was relatively clean. But the delivery has been horrible. It was 2 business days after the max limit of 21 that we received our items, and STILL full service was not provided. It took over a month to receive our things and we are still waiting for work completion. The delivery handler was extremely unreliable and uncaring with our possessions. He gave us 3 time windows across 3 days that he would bring our items and he missed every one. My very pregnant and at risk wife had to cancel her ultrasound appointment because we desperately had to get home to be available for the guy who was 2.5 hours late to his "12-2" window at 4:30PM. When he left at 8PM, he assured us he would return the next day to complete full service. We haven't heard from him in 2 days. Naturally we're gearing up for arbitration. My phone calls to Shye and Nicole haven't been answered in about 24 hours. Not even mentioning the condition of items. Several pieces of furniture are damaged/missing parts. Broken dishes, warped wood, scratched bookcase, broken desk, computer chair(s) missing legs, missing cushions on loveseat, and this is before opening 80% of my boxes. Nicole had promised compensation for breach of contract. We'll see if this review changes if FHA tries to make amends on their end.
