I have never been so disappointed by a company's service. First of all, they showed up to my house to pick up my stuff 5 hours later than estimated. I understand a 2-3 hour window, but it was annoying having to sit around for 5 hours waiting for them. When they finally arrived, it was dark out and they repeatedly dropped my boxes because they were rushing so much. One of the movers literally rolled a dolly with my boxes down the stairs (denting them) as fast he could. It was stressful. They charged me $400 more than my initial quoted price because my boxes were large instead of medium, something that was never clarified or asked of me during the quoting process. They then took 10 days to deliver my items. I understand shipping logistics but please keep this in mind before using their service to move out of town. They will take longer than expected and you will be sleeping on the floor for a while. Now for the worst part: when my stuff arrived, my boxes were completely mishandled. My nightstand was in two pieces, and a drawer organizer I had was written on in permanent marker. As if none of that was enough, two articles of my intimate wear/underwear were stolen. I am disgusted. After filing a claim, they offered to give me $6 back - an insult. Stay away from this company.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT waste your time! My husband and I used them when we made a big out of state move from VA to CA.. and I have never had such a bad experience with any other company in my life! The worst customer service. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, money hungry, deceitful, and lots of lies. Everything seemed completely fine at the beginning when we were just getting a quote and planning to use them. But once we had signed papers, they were completely different people. Once they picked up our stuff, they took it to their storage lot, where it sat there for a month and a half before being delivered to us because they were still "waiting on a driver to pick it up," for a month and a half??? We were already in our new home in CA, sleeping on an air mattress because ALL of our furniture and everything we owned was sitting in storage all the way across the country with no tentative date of when it would show up in sight... Not to mention when they finally showed up with all of our stuff, we get a call from them all of the sudden saying that we owe them an extra $100 fee in CASH, that was not listed on the documents anywhere, and threatened to drive our stuff all the way back if we did not give it to them that day. OH and on top of all of that, they of course lost one of our boxsprings, bed frames, and chair, and BROKE our TV. Just careless, most disrespectful people. I have never written a bad review of anyone in my life.... and this is the first because the experience was that terrible that I have to let other people know not to waste your money on this terrible business.

If I could give them a negative score I would. 1 star is far more gracious than they deserve. We were estimated 2600 to get my parents and all of their stuff moved. Once the movers got there they called and said it'll be 3500-3800. My father lives off disability and can not afford more than the 2600 they signed a contract for so he gave up his couch, end tables, dressers, bed, dining room table and chairs and they STILL said they wanted 3000. They took full advantage of a disabled human being. He left his entire life in another state and since he wasn't there to regulate what the movers were doing they tried to take him for all he was worth. FURTHERMORE my father doesn't get back the 800 security deposit on his apartment because the movers left the furniture in the apartment and a mess of what they didn't pack. They are the most despicable people I've ever done business with and would reccomend anyone stay away. IF you so choose to use this service make sure you can look over their shoulder every step they take. They charged my father 3k to pack and ship 50 boxes. They're beyond ridiculous.
