  We moved from east Texas to the Houston area, and Galaxy did a fine job for us at a manageable price. I would recommend them and would use them again. Julie took all the information, and coordinated things for us from the first contact. Our actual movers were a team of actual brothers who did a great job for us. Although both claimed to be the smarter brother, we thought they were both very clever. It's important for someone moving you to be situationally aware of how they move with your furniture and the paint on the walls, and these guys did just great. We were pleased.

  I had a simple request that my brand new mattresses be protected in plastic and was told by the owner that they only blanket wrap mattresses after they are on the truck. He became angry and dumped all of my previously packed boxes in my driveway as they spend away in their truck! I had to hire some other guys to move my boxes back into my house!! I would never recommend this moving company...terrible customer service!!

  Susan, we have a procedure that we warp and blanket certain items which includes wood, glass, or other items that we feel have the higher risk of being damaged during transit. All other items are just blanketed. I was not angry as we was in the process of sending wrap and mattress covers to your address. Reason my employees left was because of the profanity and the threats of being sued you was telling my guys. They were very professional on not escalating the situation and left and came back to the shop. After our conversation I felt that was in the best interest of both parties to terminate the move and return your boxes that we packed the day before and brought to my storage that you have not been charged for and return to your address.

  Excellent movers! Very respectful of our furniture and belongings! Our things were packed with very much care. This is the company to use for all moving needs! Would use them again! Great guys to work with!
