  These guys are amazing! They’re fast efficient and super cautious not to damage anything. They even put together our couch for us so we didn’t have to. I definitely recommend this place and trust them with high end furniture!

  Moving is one of the most challenging and stressful times in one's life! As a single gal, I was overwhelmed how to coordinate it all and where to begin! I started making calls realizing I cannot ask my friends to take on such a huge feat. After talking to a few companies, I quickly found out how expensive hiring movers can be and became discouraged. Until I found Garden City Movers! Joe was incredibly compassionate, encouraging, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Of course I was on a time crunch but Joe worked his magic and squeezed me in much sooner than I could get anywhere else. A couple days later, Adam and Guier (I'm not spelling this right, so sorry!), showed up and were were absolutely amazing!! They were so patient, flexible, kind, and positive as I ran around talking out loud, changing my mind, and processing way more than I'm sure they cared to hear. They stuck with me and worked soooooo hard! And within 4 hours they had the whole house moved out and into the new spot!! I was in awe and felt like even though I was not the one who moved the 1000 lbs, I felt like that much had been lifted off. Thank you all SOOO much for your help and great spirits! I would recommend this crew to anyone going through this huge life challenge!!

  These guys are awesome. They were prompt, professional, and extremely flexible. We had to do 2 loads and they were willing to come back and finish up the day after we scheduled the move. They made our lives so much easier! I was impressed with the care they gave while moving large items around the old and new place. They left NO scuffs or damage whatsoever on our walls or possessions, we were impressed as that seems like a given during any move, even when being as careful as possible. That is a testament to the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
