Update 2/21/22. Not a single person has cared at all about the serious conditions I'm experiencing and looking back I was only 30 min away from the main office. 3 days with no CPAP machine with no offer of any kind to help. 3 days no clothes very little food not any loyalty towards me as a dedicated company 1st committed driver. This horrific accident has turned my life upside down. It hurts to know I was just considered a # and kicked to the curb when this accident occurred. Very Sad to have had nobody to be available to help instead of saying his family is 1st and has his issues to deal with over my family nearly losing their dad while being committed to Gateway RV Transport. I was a driver for Gateway for nearly 3years. Perfect record of zero driver damage to units. Had regular dealers I made great relationships with. Had dealers allowing me access to lots after hours to satisfy them on the weekends and after hours. Zero issues. I had a very bad accident involving deer 4 months ago 30 minutes from the home office lot. I phoned in to report this as I needed serious medical help. My puppy was in the very damaged truck. My medication my cpap my personal property scattered all over the road. Justin Kennedy made no effort to come help me nor did ant staff from Gateway RV Transport and no efforts made 3 days after. I had no cpap no way to get help. No clothes no meds nothing. Days after I was allowed to get a handful of items from my truck. Gateway did zero to help. Weeks later Justin stated he has his own family and didn't think he needed to come help me. It took 5 days to get a cpap. 5 days to get clothes since I had just spent my last dollar on my first home to live in a year. Gateway paid the camper portion of the tow charges but my truck was leased on with Gateway RV Transport and was pulling said camper that came off my truck to roll me over many times into a creek. The trailer was locked onto my ball mount and claimed correctly and still came off. Now 4 months later the tow bill is $4000 and I will loose the rest of my belongings now. I've not asked to be fully compensated for my 4 ER visits I only asked for physical therapy $$ and $$ for my loss of my personal property. I've sustained life altering injuries and unable to perform daily operations any longer. Gateway RV Transport wrote me off like a bad check. They've refused to help at all. Not even offering help get me to Dr offices or ER. No offer to help get me food clothes or a ride to rental car place They didn't bother offering help with my puppy who lived and offered no help to witness or help recover my personal items at the accident scene. I lost most of my very important personal effects all my tools most of my clothes except for my clothes at my new home. All my shoes/boots. My prescription glasses my personal items I kept with me rather than storing them. Gateway RV Transport only cares for themselves and their bottom $$. We're merely pions they generate huge profits for them. Sorry excuse for employers. I'm devastated beyond measure. I felt l ike family until tragedy nearly happened. This could've been your family in your own personal vehicle. The camper coming off this truck is horrible. The violent wreck and the 2 Truckers who found me in the creek were heros!

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We pride ourselves on being a fair and transparent company and are grateful to work with the amazing drivers on our team. It's unfortunate that you had this experience and although some key points of your review are untrue or exaggerated, we know how devastating an accident can be and are so sorry that it happened. We have discussed your experience and will work to clarify expectations more effectively in the future. Best of luck to you Fred and happy holidays.

Gateway Transport did a great job providing a driver to move our camper trailer. The price was reasonable and there was great communication throughout the process. Thank you to Justin and Marcus for getting our camper moved! We are so excited to use it this summer! Thank you!

      Response from the owner

Thank you Elissa! Glad to help! Enjoy your camper this summer!

I’ve been working with this company for a while now… never had any issues that weren’t solved immediately…. No problems ever having a trailer to take…. The office staff are always friendly and cheerful when you call or stop by the office…. I’ll keep working for them as long as I can.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for the review Brad!
