  I hired these movers today to help me move. They wound up being a few hours late but kept me informed of their whereabouts the whole time. Turns out a big part of it was bad traffic near the spillway. Once the movers got to my place, it wound up being a positive experience overall. We wound up getting all my stuff moved into my new apartment and storage unit in 2 hours. The guys were completely professional and friendly. Despite the lateness, I'd definitely use this company again.

  They advertise $200 for 2 hours . When I called I was quoted $348 for fees . It took only and hour and a half . After the move I was told the price was $450.00 do to more fees !! That is a rip off . Get your quote in writing!! They definitely stuck it to me !!!

  I had this company, which seems to be just another name for Fast and Affordable College Movers, move my belongings out of storage and into my house. The movers, Chaz and Geoff, were very pleasant to deal with and hustled the entire time. They would have likely been more efficient and had less risk of damaging items or themselves if the company truck had the lift gate fixed, but they had to and did work exceptionally hard to make up for it. I found the office staff to be rather abrupt on the phone, but not offensive, just to the point. I overheard the boss accosting Chaz and Geoff over the phone while running my card for payment about making sure to get a review. While I intended to write this review anyway, I found that to be very aggressive to the employees and not all customers want to write reviews. Overall a good experience and not overly expensive, but it would be nice to see the employees actually doing the work be treated better, especially since moving is an incredibly taxing job, which is the reason I hired them and was willing to pay so much in the first place.

  Thank you for your review Justen, that was a very busy day and we strive to have our drivers get reviews for their bonuses and, in this world those are important to have. While the way it was done may not have been ideal we are looking into how it and we don't try to degrade our workers for them. Additionally the lift gate will be repaired soon. We also try to keep our trucks in top working order.
