  I recently used them for moving my furniture/belongings out of my apartment, into storage, and then into our house once it was ready. The move out took FOREVER. Very inefficient (and therefore SUPER costly). They estimated it would take 3-4 hours to empty our 2 bedroom, already-packed apartment. Instead, we had to stop them after 6 hours since we had a house showing to attend. They left so much behind, we had to rent a uhaul truck and move many of our belongings into a friend's garage while still paying a fortune for the 6 hours they "worked". In contrast, I had a friend move recently from a four bedroom house, and his movers were done in under 4 hours. Additionally, they took apart my bed into a million pieces when I wasn't looking, and there is no way I could begin to figure out putting it back together again. The move in went a bit smoother because I stood at the ready to direct them and watched them like a hawk at every turn. Despite a mattress cover, our one mattress is very dirty and it was clear from the way they handled the furniture they were not well trained. I will not be using this company again.

  This company went above and beyond in every way possible for my DC to NYC move, and I highly recommend them to anyone moving. During scheduling, my date was constantly changing, and Ashley and team were able to adjust to my changing schedule on multiple occasions. All four movers I interacted with were personable and professional. Two movers reorganized my storage unit (taping broken boxes, packing misc items, etc.), which made the move extremely smooth. While unloading, they were careful with everything they moved, jumping in to help set up heavier furniture and move it to where I wanted before leaving. During my research, their cost could not be beat in the DC area! Could not recommend this company more! Thank you for all the help!

  both of the 2 stars go to the office/ people who scheduled me (and re-scheduled me a few times). The three packers & movers they sent me had minimal experience. The packing of my kitchen was incredibly inefficient, and I don't think any of the movers knew how to pack a U Box. I had shared both of those details when I made the reservation over the phone. I wish I'd paid extra for a better company. for reference: the move took the entire day with three people to pack a kitchen + move a full 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. (this is where IF I were making a recommendation I would go with the movers I had to hire on a day's notice (Maryland-based company, initials of "ML", found them on UHaul's website))
