  Excellent service! I couldn't be happier with the help they provided. They were experienced, on time, clean, and professional. My friends were supposed to help me move and cancelled at the last minute, the owner went out of his way to accommodate and help me with very little notice. Very trustworthy and great at what they do!

  Excellent service at a fair price! Communication was great and the gentlemen that delivered my TV were wonderful despite being given a hard time by the store they dealt with for the pick-up. I highly recommend and will use again!

  They had great responsiveness, I’ll give them that. They could not fit our couches however in our apartment and still charged us an extra fee, they made a hole in the couch and denied it was them even though they were the only ones to handle to couch. They gave up after about 15 minutes of trying to fit in the couch, they were friendly but gave up really quick. Wouldn’t recommend. Got into contact with company, very rude when asked about hole and not helpful whatsoever. Straight attitude!!

  Dear miss Torres! Upon you living upstairs in a small apartment with a closet at the very entrance of your apartment and you purchasing the biggest 2 pc. sectional Sofa you could find. We were not able to get in, to your small apartment Door. Also with your ceiling being very low we tried for 25 minutes. I spoke with you to let you know that we were charging you the $115 standard fee of taking it upstairs! You agreed it was fair. Then you realized that it wasn't going to fit into your place. We offered to take it back to the store charging $65 which was a $30 Discount. At that point your became upset. We told you that it was your choice. You then requested us to take the Sofa back to the Store. The Manager and a 2nd Store rep looked the future over immediately. They stated that there was No Damage, to our workers! I apologized to you for the inconvenience. I explained it would be a second job to return the Sofa. You wanted Money from me as you stated. Now you are trying to slander our good Name and reputation. I believe this was a 1 star situation but not on our part! Thank you and I wish you well..
