They never pick up our trash. It has happened 4 times within the past few months. How hard is it to pick up our trash. Someone needs to start their own trash service company in our area, you would run GFL our of business. All you have to do is pick up the trash once a week. Easy money. Might do it myself. Edit: miss picking up my trash at least once a month, how about ya'll bring us another trash can, so that we can put two weeks worth of trash in it, instead of animals going through it and us having to clean up trash in our yard. This is ridiculous. Calling tomorrow to ask for another trashcan, because ya'll have missed our trash once a month at least, and we are tired of it. Update: it is 9/21/21 and my trash wasn't picked up yesterday. That makes 2 times picked up this month, and 2 times that ya'll forgot to pick it up. Please bring us another trashcan. Edit: it is 10/5/21 and it is Tuesday and our trash wasn't picked up again. Please just give us an extra trashcan so we can have somewhere else to put our trash for 2 weeks. Indolent look like our trash will picked up every week.

Been waiting 3 weeks for someone to call me back or leave me trash cans for trash service... pathetic service. as soon as I find another trash service Ill cancel account. dont know how managers there can look at themselves in the mirror and call themselves Mgrs. Brutal service

I have a large family & some weeks we make more trash than others, hence we might have a bag or two that just won’t fit into the can. This week was one of those weeks. We placed our trash IN garbage bags in a empty box.. they completely left garbage bags and box and just took what was in the can. I had to wave down the truck & threw my own trash in the compactor - he didn’t even get out to help me. 👎🏻 This isn’t the 1st time. Also, they leave trash on the street, very messy pick ups. To be clear this is just the trash route we have problems with. The recycling truck is ✨phenomenal✨ and picks up every single thing we can not get into the recycling can and places it in the compactor himself!
