Fully unsatisfying with GFL, customer service is not doing what they supposed to do, they collected the first three months bill as starting the new pick up trash with them, I started my trash on May, I though I have already pay my May June and July’s bills and apparently they told me that those three months bill are only for future months not the current month! First of all, that’s very messy, how could you skipped that current month jump into the next three months, secondly they wanted me to pay $35 penalties fees for bring my trans cart back, ( which is very annoying ) I agreed to it that I much be misunderstood the GFL company rule and I will pay whatever the bill I responded to, but apparently I have been living with no trash cart for over 10 days and they wanted to charged me $35 also still not able to tell me when they will bringing my trash cart back, so I have to pay as amount of my monthly service fees just to bring back my trash cart at the same time 1/3 of the month while I’m paying the service fees with no trash cart! There is something wrong to this whole process. Maybe I’m not important to this company because I’m not new clients to them but if you really only have GFL at your area I recommend you to read through their company policy and rule properly
