We selected this storage facility based on its availability and cleanliness. Well organized with a friendly knowledgeable staff and reasonable rates. We rented to storage bins. Entrance is controlled using a unique code to get in and get out. Roomy, clean and lighted and met our needs. The facility had all the equipment we needed (locks, keys) and kept us informed by email whenever there were changes and the method used in sending us a receipt for our payments. We allowed a bank draft so it was never an issue of missing a payment. All in all a really solid outfit who treated us really well. I recommend it if you are looking for a clean, secure, well run storage facility

This place raise my rates not even two months after I signed a contractual agreement and has raised it twice in just over a year. Both of the increases were about 20 bucks a piece, not a small amount considering the agreed price, almost 40% more. A business that will hold you to a contract, but will not hold themselves accountable. The gate is often broke as well. The on-site staff is generally friendly at this location, but as someone who never even comes to what is a self storage unit that hardly matters and there is no justification for the all too common rate increases.

This is an excellent storage facility, both Tacoma and Michelle are amazing. Everything is nice and clean. I was in and out in no time .
