If it is at all possible to feel even worse about the courthouse, it is a roulette because of the three clerks, there is one super lovely clerk named Margie (I believe) and one incredibly rude clerk named Julie. Not only did Julie interrupt me constantly during my call, refuse to repeat back my card number over the phone because I didn’t want to make a mistake, but she also showed the lack of decency by raising her voice over the phone. I understand these are harrowing times and I apologized if there were misunderstanding but you could go ahead and work on your customer service skills, Julie, thanks. Margie, you deserve a raise after having to deal with my case and being a genuinely lovely person. Even though I am terrified of the courthouse (for less criminal reasons and more like “I am scared of authority in general”), Margie was soothing, calm and helped me through the entire process. TLDR: if you have a choice in clerks, choose Margie

Try not to ever get a ticket from this court. Other than Margie, everyone here is insanely rude. Also in my opinion the judge is extremely hard on people who have the simplest traffic violations, the conditions for deferred are absolutely ridiculous, and this court refuses to work with you.
