  If you value being treated with respect and your objects to remain clean during your move, don't hire this company. I would not recommend this moving service to anyone. The owner Jonathon is nice over the phone and once he delivered bad service all he did was make excuses for his lack of quality and gaslight me. His workers are kind and hardworking, although they definitely pace themselves as you are billed hourly for their service. However, I appreciate the fact that the movers are paid well. They did the bare minimum to protect the walls and floors, and still ended up scuffing some of my walls. They also broke some of my own bins in transit. They delivered me dirty bins, every single one was covered in a layer of black and brown dust, and not only was ever crevice of the bins dirty, the insides were not cleaned either. After they moved the bins out of my old place, my floor was covered in that dirt and was so filthy. The least a moving company can do as a service is provide clean bins especially during a pandemic, but they didn't even bother to check the bins they delivered, there was residue, grease stains, and debris in all the boxes. Even after wiping it down 3 times with a disinfecting wipe it was still coming up black. I will never use this company again, even though Jonathon was very responsive he tried to downplay the entire situation and patronize my by explaining the process and costs that go into his business. He explained to me that they are changing their bin storage method, which doesn't affect my experience in getting absolutely screwed over by his company's mistake.

  Good afternoon, Elissa. We are terribly sorry that our reusable plastic bins arrived dirty and we did not have enough time to make this right, as you booked your move one week before your move date. We took full accountability for this action, which is why we did not charge you for the bin service, and gave you the bins complimentary. We cleaned them, but clearly, the team who cleaned your bins fell short and didn't do an adequate job. We have added a new location for our clean bins to be, because it seems like they got dirty from being under an awning outside in our 20,000 yard. We now have all our clean bins stored inside our storage facility and dirty bins our left outside to be cleaned/sanitized. I'm also sorry that not charging you for the service was not good enough for you and you felt the need to bash our online reputation. We are doing our best to look out for the environment, and pay a livable wage to a great moving team, but we are not perfect and mistakes unfortunately can happen. That is why I named our company Good Green Moving, not Perfect Green Moving. All we can do is do our best and try and make it right whenever we can, and that is why we did not charge you for the bins. I hope you find happiness in your new home, and we will definitely learn to be better with our bin cleaning.

  Fast, professional, careful, and well-priced. We were very impressed with every part of their service. Our move involved right doorways and a big flight of stairs, the crew handled everything safely and quickly. They protected our furniture and the floors and doorways, and made sure that everything was placed in the right rooms before leaving. They finished ahead of schedule and even credited us for the time saved!

  I am so impressed with the professionalism of Good Green Moving. They truly deliver outstanding value in all dimensions - cost, care, and communications. I shipped a partial load of antique furniture and rugs from San Rafael, CA to western Massachusetts via Good Green. Everything arrived exactly as promised without a blemish. The movers were friendly and carried several pieces up two flights of stairs without complaint. Throughout the process, the company kept us informed so I was never in doubt about the delivery. The move was perfect!
