  Terrible customer service and lack of responsibility for incompetent workers. They broke my fireplace and stated that they would not pay for it to be replaced because it is pressed wood. I’d be very wary of using them because most everyone’s furniture now a days is pressed wood. Bed frame, couches, fireplaces now are all made of this material. It was broken due to negligence in the manner it was carried with them attempting to put it on the dolly upside down. Even after it was broken the workers who were onsite unwrapped it while I was upstairs and attempted to leave without making me aware of the break. I just happened to run downstairs to lock up the back and seen it and had to run up and find them before they left. Again mistakes happen but if they do they need to be handled in the correct way. I, myself work in the service industry and if anything is ever damaged in a customers home no matter how big or small I make sure their home is restored back to the way it was when I arrived or they are compensated for the item that was broken.

  We had such a great experience with Goodfellow Moving Company From Ashley in the office who helped set up the move and went over things I didn’t even think about, she was very patient and kind. Moving day, Matt and Thompson showed up on time and got to work. They were so fast, but very careful with our things. They were respectful and professional and made the move so easy for us. Hopefully we will never move again, but we will certainly recommend Goodfellow to anyone who wants to make their move an easy one. You should be proud of your company and your employees.

  Hopefully they do not break or damage anything of yours! We used Goodfellas over two months ago and have still not been helped with any of our furniture/workout equipment that was damaged. In order to communicate with them and file a claim that something was broken, I tried speaking with an employee but their employees kept telling me I had to send an email and they couldn't handle it by talking to me. All of that being said, we still have not been helped and now have been left with fixing or replacing everything ourselves. Would not recommend using them!
