  I ordered and paid for 3 movers for a job and only 2 showed up. I had already rented the uhaul truck so I could not turn them away. The 2 movers did a fine job but it took 4 hours for them to complete the job. The company did only charge me for the 2 movers at $80 per hour so 4 hours for $320. If I had the 3 lovers the job would have taken less time. Probably 3 hours . So 3 people e hours is $270. I asked for a small refund of the difference $50 and was refused. The company only charges $10 more per hour for a 3rs mover so you think it's a great deal. Then 2 show up and your stuck. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. the 2 movers who did show up worked hard and did a good job.

  Called that they would be 2-3 hours late for their scheduled moving time. Because I felt this was unacceptable and wanted them to call me when they WERE available to see if I would still have the truck and family helpers, they stated I was being disrespectful. Tyler, the owner, then left me a voicemail that because I was disrespectful and would not work with them, he was cancelling my movers, and I should find new movers.

  Another move ran over. We never expected that to happen, we explained that. You got super rude with us, disrespect, the whole 9 yards including yelling thru the phone then hanging up on us. That’s why your move got canceled. We are here to help make your moving experience easier and go smoother, not to be disrespected and treated like animals

  The workers where very quick to move me out of my 2 story house. Very well mannered, very respectful. Most importantly they were on time. They were also safe with all my items and nothing got broke
