WOW! What an incredible experience! Grand Moving & Storage was careful, yet fast, coordinated, and efficient. My 1965 Baldwin petite baby grand move was not easy; off a 4" platform, down 8 steps, 200 yard hike to the parking lot into the truck, and then up a full flight of 16 stairs. Pros from start to finish. Highly recommend!

What an incredible experience with this company! I called Grand Moving and Storage on a Sunday and did not leave a message. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back within the hour. They were able to fit me into their schedule for the next day at a very competitive price. They called ahead and were very friendly and professional once they arrived. They handled my piano with extreme care as if it was their own. Mike helped us select the proper piano caster cups and upon my request Tyler recommended a piano tuner. Finally, they even asked if there was anything I needed help moving before they finished. These guys go the extra mile! If you want someone that is reliable, professional, and treats your piano with great care, look no further.

Tyler and Michael moved my baby grand piano today. They were on time, professional and very kind, considerate and polite. I have never witnessed anyone moving something with such care and gentleness, they made moving my piano look as easy as eating ice cream! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thank you Tyler and Michael!
