Thank goodness for people like Wayne and Jimmylee! The former took my call and promptly took care of the dispatch. The latter arrived in no time flat (pun intended) and changed out my tire. We cannot convey in enough words the excellent service this company has provided us. They tick all the boxes.

So I am a single mom and needed to get to work ASAP so I made a post on Grand Rapids inform saying that my road has not been plowed yet and there was a foot of snow and I was stuck. Seth saw it and asked one of his workers to come and help me and they towed me all the way out of my neighborhood and made it so i could Go to work. If it wasn’t for them I would have missed my shift and got a point. Thankyou so much guys. I really appreciate it. They are super sweet and helpful even when it didn’t benefit them at all, it definitely made my day.
