  "There's been a couple times they changed the gate code but didn't inform us, so we had to try to get in touch with them and wait for a response before being able to enter. Also, they recently started locking the gates after 8pm. I understand they're doing it to keep people from breaking in and stealing, but now I don't have access to my stuff after 8pm. I'm paying for the building, I should be able to access it when I need to. We are currently in the process of moving, and it's made it much more difficult than need be. My husband works till at least 6 or 7, meaning he either has to leave work early in order to move stuff in and out of the storage building, or I have to go and try to move the stuff on my own. I can barely even get the door open on my own! Other than those 2 issues, we've had no problems with the place. The staff are reasonable people and will work with you as much as they can. They're human just like anyone else. They usually message you back fairly quickly, but sometimes it takes days to get in touch with someone."
