  Well first off let me say whoever wrote that review under my name I have reported it and let me say that all that was said in that review was a flat out lie!! First off that review was from three years ago and I only had the storage for a year and the lady that runs it will bend over backwards to help you do anything she's been there for as long as I think the place has been greenwood storage I can never say anything bad about this place, I've gone in at 5 minutes before they close and was there up untill dark and I was never harassed or bothered with and it's the only storage facility I would consider ever renting from because Joni is the best you could ever have she's always there even when she's been Ill so I want to apologise to her but that review was not from me and whoever wrote that bunch of bull let me say that, that review is totally nothing but the opposite of what this storage facility really is it's quite , clean , secured, and well maintained and managed ,so this is the best place and least expensive you will find in northern California, so Joni this review is from me this is what you needed to see because believe me I would never say anything but great things about your business so anyone reading this ignore that other review because I never wrote that, Joni your the best always in my book, even after the voice mail still doesn't change my experience with greenwood storage units!!

  Was good until my storage unit got broken into.Manager claimed the cameras showed nothing as they only go two weeks back.Very disappointed as my children's baby items and family pictures were stolen.Will never again rent a storage unit from this place especially or any other. Looking back at this incident I am confident that the manager and/or those who run this "business" were involved in the theft of my precious children memories.

  Good price for 8x20, by far cheaper than others in Orland and Under new onwership! Double padlocked at the moment for extra security. Cameras and alarms on site. Clean. Easy to rent. One star down bc you have to get the key from the office for the second padlock rather than pay security deposit for a key to their lock, still double security, and less stress for the management on site maybe? Was told they should change lock system soon. They open at 7am and close at 5pm, open weekend closed Monday Tuesday. Weekends would be great with a maybe 9 to 7. Other than that very friendly service. Recommend. Melanie.
