We passed one of the H and S trucks in SC on 95 and every single car on the trailer has plastic that is peeling off and breaking into pieces, which is littering. 95 crosses over many important creeks and rivers and these plastic pieces will end up in these watersheds. Littering is completely irresponsible and violates the SC Pollution Control Act.
