  Hired them three times, but won’t use them again. First was to move my parents into assisted living. They arrived five hours late, but the crew worked hard and late into the evening. They were careful and did a wonderful job. Further, they are local, and I wanted to support my local businesses, so I hired them again when I bought a new house around the block. Because of the proximity I packed and moved all of my things and only had furniture that needed to be moved. It still took the three men crew 9 hours to move. They charged by the hour. A piece of the sectional couch couldn’t be moved through the narrow stairs to the third floor, and they recommended to have the owner to come and see if it could be moved through the window. The owner came and decided that he could move it through the larger window in the room but clearly didn’t want to deal with taking the old window apart and put it back together again. Instead he wanted to move the sectional through a smaller back window that was half an inch too narrow (??) and said he could maybe get his crew to make some acrobatic move to get it in from the way he described it. And of course he couldn’t give me a firm quote because it may take a couple of hours to “take the legs out, wrap it up, hoist it in the air, and find the right angles….” I asked for a range, and he went from $550 to $450 to $500 and told me that it’s a 50/50 gamble. Unwilling to pay $500 for a 50/50 gamble. I removed the larger old window myself. I also took the legs off to save them time. The owner showed up at 5:20pm with a four men crew to move this 100 lbs (according to one worker) couch up the side of the house and into the third floor window. By 5:50pm they were completely done and out of the house. I was so happy I was going to tip them at first, but the bill was $600. I was grossly overcharged for 30 minutes of work. Pros: the courteous office staff, hard working crew (Thank you, Jimmy!). Cons: management and business conduct. Will not recommend or hire again.

  They didn't put my bed together completely. Or the mirror on my granddaughters dresser. They were really nice when I called and said someone would come and fix. Never did. I am trying to fix my self. I'm an elderly women. Always had them but no more.

  Several items were damaged in our 3 mile move. Their honest employees for the most part showed us most of it as it occurred. They refuse to do anything about it! We are looking at legal action. I have no proof they are insured and they (the claims handler)refuse to provide it nor send an adjuster. As per the contract we had 30 days to make a claim. I called 5 days after the move! Claims was on vacation so my actual claim itself went in on day nine. Use them at your peril. Also please be advised, the quote for our move was 3200.00 if they did everything and that included everything. We were told it would be half that if we packed ourselves. We bought boxes and packed ourselves, all but 12 boxes. The bill was 2900.00 and our 3 car garage was packed completely full. 2900.00 for a 3 mile move and most of it never even got into the house! Only most of the furniture made it in the house unassembled! We estimate at the rate they were going and rate of charge if we hadnt ordered them to start unloading only in the garage it would have been a 9k move. Its a shame, the movers were awesome with the exception of one whom connected the fridge water line. He cracked the plastic connector fridge side. I walked in, asked if he was done. He said yes, i tried the water, it didnt work. He turned on the water at the wall, it worked. Later when it didnt work i learned he had turned it back off. I turned it on, water started leaking everywhere, so now i knew why he turned ot off. Things get broke, scratched, damaged. Its part of moving. Its why you are supposed to carry insurance.
