I was assured a unit was mine, we spoke numerous times and scheduled a moving day - then they sold it out from under me. Three days before the move. Simply not trustworthy.

A nice well oiled business! The staff at the desk provide friendly helpful service in the most expeditious way. The Storage business is highly competitive market and they provide state of the art secure storage at a reasonable price.

Nice people, however, make sure you read the fine print. Had moves between units without a hitch. When we finally got moved out on July 31 and notified on Aug 4 & 5, still auto payed on Aug 1. They have no way of refunding so we lost on one months rent that we were not there. Unfortunate!

Jeff we are sorry that you are upset with not being able go get a refund however prior to moving a tenant in we do have you sign a lease agreement that states we require 10 days notice upon move out, we have a summary page as well as verbally telling tenants of the move out policy, and have a legal document that we have every tenant sign that states when they are moving out which is also eplained in the agreement. This is a standard practice for the majority of facilities around around the US. We did speak with your wife on the 3rd of August regarding you vacating the unit and at that point it was already past the first of the month which is when we charge everyone for that months rent. We did notify your wife about that as well. Also when transferring from unit to unit it is simply the process of transferring you from one unit to the other so at that point we are not moving you put of the ssystem. We appreciate you using our facility for your storage needs and we hope in the future you will consider staying with us again.
