We were shopping around for mover cost and had a very rude and unwelcoming experience with the estimator. My girlfriend has voiced her concerns with COVID protocol, but the estimator was reluctant to comply. There are other methods of communication since we currently live in the 21st century. We could set up meetings virtually to view our home. Hopefully someone from management will communicate this to the estimator because her tone was extremely rude and aggressive. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the crew that showed up at my home to load the truck. They were right on time and they worked straight through until they finished. I was amazed at what they can do. They took great caution with all of my furniture to make sure nothing would be harmed. I was surprised they got my place empty so quickly. All of my furniture and boxes were delivered to a storage unit the next day and while I couldn't be there, my brother-in-law represented me. He was skeptical that it would all fit, but they managed beautifully and I certainly am not wasting any space, they did a great job getting everything in and very neatly placed inside the unit. Even my brother-in-law was amazed at how good of a job they did and it didn't take them long. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros., you can't go wrong.

Hansen Brother's moving and storage is amazing! Chuck is kind hearted, understanding, and compassionate. He gave me the best deal, which helped immensely for being in a bad situation.
