  Hartman Relocation is simply the best! All phases of coordinating this move were handled professionally. From the initial call inquiry, to follow-up reminders, to picking up items from several locations, to figuring out how to get very large furniture items through rather small doors, they handled my move with calm expertise. The movers were friendly and professional. Having them take care of everything was well worth it. I'll never move without a moving company again! Thank you Hartman Relocation!

  I had a good experience overall with Hartman. They were early and quick, which we appreciated. The only issue was with our grandfather clock. Bill said they could handle it as it was the same clock in their main office. The mover said he could definitely do it day of and disassembled it. However, the mover dissembled it incorrectly and could not put the clock back together for us. When I called Bill, there was some gaslighting and no responsibility taken. It was really disappointing. Good movers, but be very careful with what they touch and double check to make sure what they say they can manage they can actually manage.

  Hi Mychel, Thank you for your business. We’re a bit surprised to find your feedback after how the job finished and our closing conversation and explanations. We provided service on extremely short notice, and provided extra labor at no charge. Unfortunately, it seems that due to a miscommunication, you were under the impression we would reassemble the mechanics of the grandfather clock. We do not, nor have we ever, provided our customers this service. Our crew disassembled the unit correctly and delivered it with no damage, they also informed you there was a previously missing crank tool that would be necessary for the reassembly. A professional clock-smith is always suggested to set such an intricate timepiece. We apologize if there was any miscommunication in regards to this, however, we would never mislead or lie to a customer.

  These guys are awesome. We have used Hartman for two moves and been extremely happy - we always recommend them to friends. Unlike other companies, Bill will come to your home and give you a detailed estimate so there are no surprises when the bill comes. The moving crew is fast and headed by a super friendly guy, Tom Hobbs, who will make sure your things are well taken care of. We did our research before moving since we had a piano that had been damaged during a move by another company, and Hartman knows how to move them correctly. I can't recommend them highly enough - Bill is an extremely friendly and fair guy, very professional.
