A pleasant voice on phone while making a boat rental, wonderful customer service while getting checked in, boat was very clean and worked great. Even allow dogs for small fee and rent tubes. Highly recommended if you want to rent a boat for day. Thanks staff!

Family friendly, wonderful people! We rented a pontoon from this Marina and had a great experience. From pick up to drop off everything was wonderful. I ended up leaving one of my baby’s hats on the boat and the marina called me right away to notify me that I had left it behind. Unfortunately with 10-month-old twins you can’t just turn around and go back. We needed to go straight home. I told them I would just have to let the hat go and instead of throwing it away they mailed it to me. I would recommend this place over and over. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you, Hartwell Marina.
