  John (the owner) really knows his stuff! His crew blew me away with their efficient moving techniques and the ability to navigate carrying all my heavy furniture. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional moving company. The price was substantially lower than the 2 other companies that gave estimates and I'm sure the quality of work was better also. Thanks again John and the guys at HPH movers!

  My piano was broken and so was the home where it was being picked up from. John Darrah did not bring professional piano movers. They turned my piano sideways and slammed it on the ground after sliding it down stairs on a board. In the process they destroyed half a concrete step, and broke many more. My foot pedals no longer work, and a key was broken. The knob for the key cover was missing, and never returned to me. It was a horribly stressful situation. He was late, and even tried to charge me for four hours when I had only met him 2.5 hours ago. The 90 year old man may have been good at his job before, but it is time for him to retire. He risked people’s safety, lied to me about the workers credentials, and nearly ran into a light pole outside my house. He almost fainted riding the lift down while hanging onto the piano and had to stop it and stumble down. He took zero responsibility for the damages he cause the house where we picked up from, and even tried to blame the owners for not having newly paved steps. It was really sad. My beautiful antique piano that was in excellent condition has been reduced to fair because of all the markings and damages cause by John and the two men he hired to carry out this simple job. I truly regret hiring him.

  Hired on short notice and for a GREAT price. Treated my piano with the utmost care and were fun to talk with. These men have a good knowledge and history of moving pianos. John may even surprise you with a song! Can't thank you guys enough!!!
