  I have used this company numerous times for moves. Always courteous, competent and willing to go the extra mile to help! Dee even moved a 75 lb. rock for me with a smile on his face! Debbie goes above and beyond to make the move seamless and handles everything with care and expertise. I didn’t catch the other young man’s name this morning, but he was terrific also! These folks are the best! Would highly recommend.

  When using this business be sure get your quote in writing. I was quoted a price for two men and a truck.. They were 2 hours late and running behind. I got a call from them saying they were sending two other guys that got done early to help since they were late. I was not informed I would be charged full price for the extra help. It was not my fault they were late and running behind. The workers had been working long hours and were tired therefore not working at full speed. I called to talk about my bill but the owner has refused to call me back. Very unprofessional.

  You did get a quote in writing. I have the signed documentation at our office. We called you prior to your scheduled appointment and informed you that we were going to be late that day . We asked if it would be okay to send two more movers over if they finish their other job early and explain to you at that point that it would cost more per hour to pay for those movers but everybody would get done quicker so the money equals out in the end. The lead man on the job figured up the bill and explained all the pricing to you and you signed the receipt agreeing to the charges .

  Debbie was so great to work with on coordinating our move. They did a quote virtually via FaceTime, came out to pack everything and labeled boxes thoroughly. They packed and loaded everything in a timely and careful manner. Come delivery and move in day they were so efficient and were able to get everything exactly where I wanted and needed it despite a challenging staircase. Determined, hard working, friendly and professional team! Highly recommend!
