  Used them today for a same day emergency. They moved very heavy furniture from downstairs and even stuff left outside ( delivery guys wouldn't/couldn't get it up to the porch) to upstairs. Arrived before promised and finished very quickly. Will definitely use them again if needed.

  I waited as long as I could because I do not give bad reviews easily but I feel it is necessary to warn others. I booked them weeks in advance, paid my deposit, confirmed the time the week of and even the night before I got a text from the movers. The day of no one showed and would not respond to calls and texts to the same numbers that wrote me before. I have requested my refund for my deposit back and haven’t received that either. STILL NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGIES! Don’t waste your time or money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  Wrong company! You're looking for the one in Cleveland not ending in service or services. We are located in PARMA You people really need to check before doing these. I am 100% positive if you look at OUR LOGO IT IS DIFFERENT. Let me guess you paid $50 deposit??? It can be detrimental to an innocent company WHO NEVER BOOKED OR TOOK DEPOSIT! I AM sorry you waited weeks but then maybe you would realize we are NOT the co!!!!! AM TIRED OF OUR CO RECEIVING THESE BS REVIEWS BECAUSE OF ANOTHERS COMPANIES NEGLIGENCE. Now this is pure ignorance on their part I agree and have HELPED ANY person who has contacted us on this same stuff, even provided money off and it was not our issue. But, you giving a review to a company with similar name that never took your deposit or booked. Rude! You need to remove this review from our page and go to the correct business! Report to BBB but make sure you destroy the right business not a reputable one. Please!

  These people were amazing and were so courteous and careful with my belongings! They cared about my property more then I did and that’s saying a lot! After I was late for the appointment they still worked around and managed to get me moved in less then two hours ! Jen was very kind and informative in every way I needed her to be and her workers did an amazing job! Very pleased and was a very fair price ! Will be using them again in the future 100 percent! Thankyou Helping Hands !
