  Damage to home, damage to furniture. Charged card without authorization. Will be disputing. Job should have only taken 3 hours tops, took 5. 2 bedroom townhouse almost all packed and ready to go 8 miles was $880, when a year earlier from a REAL moving company it was $400 then a tip. DISPUTING charges and will not be referring anyone.

  Jeff, I'm sorry we didn't meet your personal estimate of how long your move should take. I cannot say why this job took longer than your previous job, but I can say there are many variables to how and why a move takes as long as it does. We are happy to work with budgets, however this usually means leaving smaller items for you to move yourself, or not putting each and every box in each specific room you want them in. We have never and will never charge a card without authorization. I have sent you a claims form for your damages; accidents/mistakes do happen, and we are more than happy to take responsibility for those. I have reached out to you in an attempt to settle outside of court, and look forward to speaking with you.

  What a pleasure to work with Cody and Dan! They made my move a great experience. They were on time and got to work right away. What I thought was going to be a long slog of a day, was so efficient that I had most of my day remaining. No furniture or walls dinged, a care to details, really nice guys to converse with.....they had it all making sure that the customer, me was the top priority. I would not hesitate in calling these folks again. What a great overall experience!!

  I have to say, we had a bad experience that could have been made worse, if not for the fantastic efforts by Cody, William, and Will. Our appointment was wiped out of the system by a server error. After waiting 3 hours for them to show up, I got suspicious something was wrong. I called in to find out we were no longer on the schedule and was told no one was available to help us. After taking the day off of work for this, we didn’t have much other choice, so I asked for a manager to call me. Cody called me and was able to accompany 2 movers (William and Will) himself, but not until later in the day. I truly feel they were diligent in getting to the pickup destination as quickly as possible. They worked very quickly knowing we had already waited quite long and were able to complete my move to satisfaction in under 2 hours. I am ecstatic that they were able to accomplish the job quickly and with a friendly attitude even though they were shorthanded and working late. I hope Here To There Movers picks up their game to match the customer service quality Cody, William, and Will showed today. Thanks, guys.
