    I am very disappointed in this business. My grandfather shipped me olive oil from Greece. It came in during the pandemic to the warehouse. I live in CT and was not going to travel to New York to pick it up. I was asked to pick it up and if not then I would’ve charged a storage fee. I was upset bc I was not purposely leaving it there. I just couldn’t travel to New York with the current pandemic. They charged me 150.00 to ship my olive oil. They used UPS to ship it. There was a big problem with the order and the tracking. I called several times and they couldn’t give me any answers. Every time I called they told me someone would call me back. And no one ever did. They only returned my call back once. Now UPS has lost my package. And Hermes did not answer the questions UPS wanted answered. So they closed the investigation for my package. I am extremely upset bc I wanted my olive oil and now it is gone. And I still have not been reimbursed for my shipping nor had anyone contacted me about what will happen. I am so disappointed. I rushed to have my package shipped bc they said they were going to start charging me the storage fee. And being out of work I couldn’t afford it.

First of all ,you have received our notification for the arrival of your goods on 3/16/20 - before the lock down of covid 19 - in which we inform you about your expenses ( Destination port expenses $ 50.00 -mandatory amount - and door delivery for your goods with weight 90 LBS $ 100.00 - optional ) and the free time for receiving 30 days.You have contacted us on 5/5/20 - after 20 days from the expire of free time and ask from us to give you 2 more weeks free time due to difficulties which you faced with the coronavirus.We inform you that there is not any problem, you can pick it up any time WITHOUT any storage charge. You called us again on 5/15/20 and asked from us to ship your package to your home charging your credit card with the above amount - WITHOUT ANY STORAGE CHARGE. We shipped your goods with UPS Ground on 5/18/20 and we insert your email in UPS info in order to received notifications from UPS directly about your package. From 6/4/20 and every day they send us a notification with the following message:"AN EMERGENCY SITUATION OR SEVERE WEATHER CONDITION HAS DELAYED DELIVERY UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY" and they have stopped these messages on 6/10/20 After this date and every day you are in touch with our customer service ( your discussion with them is available if you needed ) and we tried to locate your package with UPS. Unfortunately UPS informed us on 6/25/20 that they cannot locate your package and we have to file a claim. We did it and we are waiting from their insurance company to send us the claimed amount of $ 300.00 which cover the value of your goods,shipping cost and the payable amount of $ 150.00 in order to replace it. You are aware for all the above from the first time. We hope your next review to our company contain at least something true. It is very unfair to complain our company for a package which losted by UPS and we tried our best in order to received your money for replacing. A thank you from your side will be very welcome.     This company is the best. Great people, made everything easy and fast for me i was in and out in less then 5 mins and all my stuff got to Greece without a problem. just as they told me i didn't have to pay anything when my family got the package which was what i was most worried about. So far i have used there service twice both times everything went great and i will be using them again when i need to send some stuff.

    Stay Away. These people lack basic skills of social conduct. Being "rude" is a nice way of putting it. They DO NOT care about their customers and that is obvious with their "we don't see you in the system, must be someone else" reply. zero accountability even for their own mistakes. You have been warned
