  Worst moving experience ever. Initially they suggested packing and moving my 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in one day. I convinced them to pack one day and move the next. They asked us if we needed them to pick up materials to which I answered yes. They showed up in a small car and minimal materials. So then I had to drive my car and pick up whatever additional materials I could but still couldn't fit everything. I texted Mack and explained that I didn't have room for moving blankets but could be bring them the next morning when they were physically moving things which he said yes he would. The two guys who came to pack our stuff packed about 50% and said they would pack the rest the next day. It should have been my first indication of a red flag. The next day Mack came and tried to blame us for not letting him know that the packing wasn't done. Not sure why his own workers didn't let him know?? Anyway, the rest of the day was a disaster. It took them an additional 4+ hours to finish packing and they packed the truck with about 65% of our stuff. What were we supposed to do with the rest?? It didn't seem to matter to them. There was no discussion of coming back to finish up the job. They somehow thought they were done leaving us scrambling to find more moving help. Not to mention they damaged a good number of items and then refused to reimburse us because we were out of the "72 hour window" to file the claim. They didn't recognize that we had to spend that time fixing their mistake finding another company to get the job done. I have placed several calls back and forth to Mack and although he is initially responsive, he doesn't follow through. I am super disappointed with this company. I had high hopes. I HIGHLY recommend against hiring hero moving company for your move. We are still missing items and dealing with damaged items from the move and they held zero accountability for their actions. Zero stars if I could. My response to your reply: You can say what you want but I've stated facts. I have texts from you saying that you would be picking up supplies. If you expected that of us, you shouldn't have agreed to it. And we had to pay a second company anyway to finish the job so that makes no sense. I called you multiple times to try to sort this out with you but you were no longer responsive so I had to resort to leaving an honest review

  We afforded you every opportunity and Options and you took none of them.. Also it is it not our job to bring supplies when the customer supplies the truck .. I also talked to you multiple times . I was personally there the last day of the job and told you the truck was too small and we needed to take another trip .. Your husband didn’t want to do that cause he didn’t want to pay .
