This team of movers really do care about you items, nothing was damaged nor missing. The team sent to unpack and assemble or belongings were courteous, quick and very professional. Pricing very fair. We have used them twice to care for our cherished items to be safely shipped

This company is the epitome of over promise and under deliver. If you want your things delivered but don’t care when or in what condition you receive them, then this is the company for you. This company: 1) Charged me for packing supplies I never received 2) Damaged my items by carelessly “packing” them in the shipping container without strapping anything down 3) Lost a couple of my items 4) Delivered my things over 3 weeks late 5) Tricked me into paying the last installment before I even received anything and still feels they are not at fault. I dealt mainly with the company’s owner Gabe and all he had were excuses. Not once did he reach out to me first to notify me of the many delays we experienced. I had to contact him AND coordinate with the shipping company (Young Brothers) to get my things. I thought I hired a moving company to lessen the stress I would experience with this move but apparently, I paid for the exact opposite. *Side note, save or print a copy of all your documents as you receive them should you still decide to hire them. Once Gabe was aware that I disputed my charges, he removed the copies of my original signed contracts and left only edited versions since he uses an online system. All of the contract and estimate links that were emailed to me show false information in an attempt to make himself look better. Lesson learned.

Chelsea, we hear you and want to make sure we can address your concerns. We understand moving is an extremely stressful moment and we feel for you as we know that this isn't an easy task, especially for inter-island moves. You're right, hiring a moving company is supposed to take the stress out of it but it seems that on this occasion, we weren't able to meet your standards, even after we tried to resolve the issue. Your particular move was special in that it fell between Christmas and New Years. This meant that the port schedules we reduced and our crew was tight. Our system prioritizes our crew's jobs based on booking, delivery date estimates and port schedules. Given the holiday's your job was completed within the first available time frame, which happened to be the second week of January. We work with Young Brothers and need to adhere to their schedules, so the furniture was delivered as soon as possible within our control. We cannot and will never guarantee a delivery date when using third party companies, we can only offer an estimated arrival date. Damaging furniture happens rarely, and we take great care in training our crews in how to handle furniture and valuables. However, we did fall short this time. To apologize for this one-time mistake, we offered to pay you $200 in damages to the furniture plus an additional $200 for the inconvenience of not being able to guarantee the delivery date of YB . You declined both the apology and compensation. We do not condone dishonesty in our company and would never edit or change any of our client contracts to get out of a situation. Our payment agreements are made and signed before we start a job and we abide by those terms. As our contract states, final payment is due when the household arrives at destination before delivery of items. From behalf of our moving crew and myself, Gabe, we sincerely apologize for our part in this. We've taken the steps to make sure our crew has training reinforcement and that our process/contracts are communicated in a more effective way. We want our customers to feel less stressed, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Super speedy and helpful! We moved to Maui from Oahu and our move got sped up by six weeks. Gabe and the Hero moving team got everything organized for us super fast and packed everything up which alleviated so much stress. Even with the shipping delays our stuff got to Maui way faster than we ever expected! Thanks again!!
