  I used a local mover to keep business in my city. The moved me in and gave me a 3 hour window. They moved me with 4 movers. They were definitely moving fast . The broke many pieces of china, dishes, a drawer off of a end table which the a reply “oh I didn’t know there was a draw”, they never offered any information on how it was going to be repaired. When I unpacked that was when I found the chin and dishes breakage. I called the company back 5 times left messages to please call back. Never received a call back. I called back on a different phone, they picked up. I asked to speak to the manager, was told that he would call back. Never received call. They had a spokesperson the day of the move asking for a tip for the men. Plus please pay cash. I did. They continue have never called me back. Will call the credit card to hold payment until the call me back. No luck 3 months later. They did send a note to my credit card and said they never saw breakage, not even the antique table draw. Terrible follow up, plus very poor customer service!

  Nice people on the phone and planning was easy, but actual people who showed up to move us were barely working. Between mixing up how many movers to asking us to carry certain items in our own vehicle to not having mattress covers, pretty sloppy all around. Additionally, they took an unplanned break driving to our destination and counted that as part of our time. After they finished, we found marks on the walls and a broken foot on a piece of furniture. Wanted $500 for a 650sqft apartment and a poor job. Still trying to get this number lowered to around $375 which is what was quoted and should be plenty for such a small one bedroom place. Seriously, just look elsewhere. campus-concepts.com and dolly.com have been recommended to me from friends after telling them our story..
