When I first got storage here it was great the trash dumpster was open you could use it now it's always locked and prices went up course that's normal but I've been trying to get another storage unit for $40 instead of the one I'm in for 65 and I have had no answer on that for months other than that the staff is pretty friendly places clean it's okayThe good thing about this place is insurance is included with yourThe good thing about this place is insurance is included with your monthly rentAnd the girls and the storage units go up again? Again I'm no longer happy with this place hopefully I can remove my stuff soon

If you are looking for storage space and GREAT customer service, look no further! Recently our local Realtors Association did a clothing drive and we needed a space to store the clothing while we collected it for the entire month of May. With the help of a friend, I got in touch with Nicole Mitchell with Las Cruces Self Storage who went above and beyond to help us find a solution and donated the use of a unit. I went in to the Highway 70 Self Storage and met the delightful, caring, and super helpful Julie. With the help of Las Cruces Self Storage LCAR was able to donate 5 car loads of clothing, shoes, belts, & accessories to the Community of Hope! I had a horribly rude customer service experience at another location today, and I chose to come to this location in hopes they could help me because of an emergency need in a storage unit. The young lady that worked the front desk was so kind, and helpful she made me feel welcomed and was diligent in renting me a unit. I would highly recommend Highway 70 Self Storage to anyone needing a unit for their belongings. Thank you Cecilia Robles, you made my day!!!!
