When our family was searching for a new piano, the Hilberts, who have tuned our pianos for years, were helpful in every step of the process. They exposed us to a number of different pianos in their Bristol studio, demonstrating to us the importance of sound and touch for the individual players. And then, when we set our sights on a Shigeru, Emily and Ed took time out of their family trip to California to travel to the Shigeru showroom for us! With their own expertise and our particular desires in mind, they selected the most appropriate piano for our family, and they handled all the arrangements to get it from California to our home in Vermont. It is magnificent, an instrument we will treasure for years, and we never would have been able to own it and enjoy it without the Hilberts.
