  Doesnt not communicate if they are not coming when schedule . this is my 3rd day waiting for my shipment. Its now 5:10 pm and still not here. So much for the 11_1 delivery window. Have called and they always seem to have their heads up their ***. No communication between departments. They need new leadership, someone who knows what they are doing.

  Ordered a floor scrubber through amazon. Called to setup a delivery time. They said it was lost/missing at their St. Louis hub but once found it would ship to the Rock Island hub and they would call to schedule a delivery. Several days later they called in the morning and set up delivery between 11am-2pm that day. 2:45 rolls around and still no delivery. Coaching clients and classes starting at 3:30pm, I called to see if the driver was still coming. They said he was on his way to me. 4:45 comes and still no delivery. So I called again, they are unsure why the driver hasn't been there yet. But they say he's at another business in a neighboring city so should still be able to deliver. Now it's 6pm and still no delivery. So I call again only to be informed that they probably can't get the trailer back to my location so would need to deliver it the next day using a lift gate trailer. But if they can't get that trailer I'd have to meet them somewhere and back my truck up to the big trailer and have them unload it into my pickup. I said fine, what time will it be delivered? Dispatch told me same time between 11-2pm and they would call me in the morning to let me know which way it'll be delivered. Here it is 2:30 the next day, no phone call and still no delivery. Will never use this company again and will check before buying anything else on Amazon. If it's being shipped via this company I will spend my money somewhere else. Worst customer service ever.
