Holland called me twice to schedule a drop off. Both times I called they insisted that they would have left me a message had they called. All I said was that I hadn't received a message but kindly asked if they could help me schedule a pick up all the same. The person I worked with, Patricia, kept saying that she couldn't help me because she didn't know who called and that I was wrong about there not being a message left by holland. The next person (shirley) that I was passed off to (only after being hung-up on twice and then put back on hold a few more times) was a little better but kept also telling me that I was wrong about there not being a message. The bottom line for me that the message didn't matter whether you left a message or not, I didn't get it and it easily could have been related to my phone. I needed my package scheduled which was something they could have helped me with without the tracking number the whole time; it just required 1 extra step for them. Not the people you want handling your customer facing portion of the business.

They have schedule deliveries with me several time this week for the same package, it is some how not making it on the truck every day. I now have to drive to the distributor to pick it up or wait until next week and the only thing they can offer is an apology. No explanation as to why it is not being delivered after I paid for priority shipping. This doesn’t make sense.

You can never tell when you will actually get your delivery. I'm waiting on a "Guaranteed delivery" that is now overdue by 6 days and they are telling me that they cant tell me when I will get this order but it looks like it wont be until next week, sometime.....
